According to our nature, we tend to behave in certain ways (that we call natural preference). If we know these preferences, we can use the opportunities offered by our personality as much as possible.
The DISC model differentiates the human behavior according to four main factors, these factors can be found in every people in varying degrees. The method makes it clear that we don’t have to change our character, “ourselves”, it’s usually enough to shape our behavior for more effective cooperation.

- Using the strengths of our own type
- Recognizing the type of others, “magic words and sentences”, effective treatment – small group assignment and sharing
As a result of the program, participants:
- know their own behavioral model and their natural behavioral preferences
- acquire the basics of DISC personality typology
- learn about DISC-based communication practice
- become more receptive, more open to other types of behaviors and action methodes
- will be able to pay attention to themselves in situations and change their usual behavior
- understand how to base to their strengths
