grow change
The change was announced. Yet the organization still operates the old way.
The strategic decision is the easier half. The new way of working is decided where people’s habits, attitudes and everyday practice change, or don’t. That’s what grow change is about: making sure the transformation doesn’t happen only in the presentation.
Sound familiar?
„We announced the new structure. Six months later everyone’s doing the same thing, just under a different name.”
„Some of the leaders throw themselves into it heart and soul, others wait it out. And the organization sees clearly that there’s no agreement.”
„Everyone feels that something isn’t working. But no one can say exactly what, so every suggestion stays a matter of opinion.”
„We have an internal change manager. An excellent professional, but they’re on their own, and this is the first time they’re seeing a transformation this big through.”
If any of these sounds familiar, you’re in the right place. Change rarely fails on the plan. Far more often it fails because no one led the organization through it.
How we think
Change doesn’t begin with the announcement
We’ve been guiding transformations for thirty years, and here’s what we see: knowing the models is worth little on its own. The question is always what will work in this organization, with these people, what’s worth putting resources into, and what can be left out. That’s what we developed the GROW Change GPS methodology for: a compass that starts from the organization’s real situation, not from a textbook schedule.
And there’s one more thing: we don’t do it in your place. The goal is for the organization to handle the next transformation on its own, so we stand beside the internal change managers and HR professionals, not in front of them.
How we help
How we help
You’re not choosing from a catalog. We start by understanding where the organization stands right now and what’s really holding it back, the program is built around that, not the other way around. Four typical directions we work in most often:
Clarity: where does the organization stand right now?
Most transformations slip because they start from opinions. We begin with measurement and assessment: what’s actually hindering the way things work, where there’s resistance, and where there’s energy for change.
Seeing the transformation through
From the announcement to the new way of working taking hold, we guide the process: who communicates what and when, where we expect resistance, what leaders need to do differently, and when to pause for a round.
Preparing the leaders
A transformation is carried through, or sunk, by the middle managers. We prepare them to represent the direction credibly even when they have questions of their own.
Strengthening HR and internal professionals
If you have an internal change manager or an HR team getting ready for this, we don’t take the work out of their hands: we give them methodology, tools and professional backing so they can see the next transformation through on their own.
The format is decided after that: assessment, a leadership workshop series, consulting support or a multi-year program, the organization’s situation decides, not the catalog.
