What is the program about?
Interim consulting capacity for set working hours, from a few months to one or two years, built on the CAFE framework.
What your organization gets: extra consulting capacity for the change project, for set working hours; expertise and experience gained in supporting change; an internal team freed up to focus on strategic tasks.
Who is the program for?
For organizations that lack the internal capacity to carry out a change management project, and for leaders and HR professionals looking to take some of the load off the project team. It is especially timely when managing the change process temporarily requires more resources than are available internally.
When is it worth starting?
- preparation, monitoring, content production, organizing and coordination tasks are taking capacity away from strategic work
- it makes sense to bring in outside expertise and experience alongside the team's capacity.
How we work
Handling the preparation, monitoring, content production and coordination work of a change project internally often costs more than bringing in outside capacity. The interim consultant doesn't deliver training; they join the project team and take on a defined part of the work.
Interim support provides the missing capacity: GROW consultants are at the organization's disposal for set working hours and, as agreed, take over from the internal team the tasks it has no capacity for. They contribute more than an extra pair of hands: they also bring the expertise and experience they have gained in supporting change, while the internal team can focus on strategic work.
Our experienced professionals also take part in implementation and pass on their knowledge to the internal team along the way.
Typical areas of responsibility
- preparatory work
- monitoring
- content production
- organizing and coordination.
In recent years, GROW has supported change management processes in this way for many of its clients. As agreed, the consultants take over any tasks the organization has no internal capacity to carry out.
