About

Blanka’s work is driven by curiosity: about people, about organizations and, above all, about what moves them beneath the surface. Working as an organizational development consultant and coach means helping people see more clearly in complex situations: connecting business considerations with how people actually function, the bigger organizational picture with everyday behavior, and turning insights into concrete change. In this work, structure and intuition, systematic thinking and human connection are present at the same time. Blanka loves good questions, real dialogue and the moments when a familiar situation is suddenly seen in a new light. The belief is not in recipes that work the same way for everyone, but in the idea that every leader, team and organization has its own operating logic. Development begins when we are able to examine it with curiosity, honesty and without judgment. The aim is not simply to develop, but to create space for thinking and acting that makes change possible.
