About
For Mátyás, meaningful work begins where the simple answers run out. The reality of leadership requires holding on to several, partly conflicting truths at the same time. High-tension, high-stakes situations are a particular strength, and international, intercultural settings feel equally like home. The goal is to expand leaders’ room for maneuver: instead of surface-level fixes, the focus is on deeper, even structural shifts. Mátyás builds models as a researcher, diagnoses as a consultant, and intervenes using action methods as a facilitator.
