Tamás joined GROW in 2021 as an organizational development consultant and trainer. Since then, the focus has mainly been on complex OD processes, organizational diagnostics and developing collaboration within teams. Especially enjoyable are the situations where the first step is to explore together what the real sticking point (and its cause) actually is. For Tamás, valuable knowledge is not a product to be handed over or sold, but the result of co-creation with participants. Real development, in this view, takes facing reality head-on and having honest conversations. Direct feedback, working with the “here and now” and learning from lived experience play an important role in the work – which is why visceral experiences and outdoor programs are special favorites. Sport and hiking are the main ways to recharge. What Tamás loves most about the work is when a leader or a team recognizes something they had not seen before (or not in that way), and this sets off learning and change in everyday practice. Alongside a Corvinus background comes firsthand experience of the challenges of organizational and leadership work at GROW, first as a mentor to junior consultants and, since 2026, as head of GROW’s operations team.
