What is the program about?
A development program tailored to the organization's needs, built on the CAFE framework.
What you take away: knowledge of the nature of change and the human dynamics behind it; familiarity with the key change management models and the CAFE framework; the skills needed for the change manager role.
Who is the program for?
For leaders who steer their organization's change processes from the inside; HR professionals who handle internal change management tasks; and change managers working within the organization. It is especially timely when change has to be driven from the inside but the hands-on experience to do so is missing.
When is it worth starting?
- you know change management so far only from textbooks and principles, and it is unclear what works in your own organization
- you need to be able to decide which activities are worth investing resources in and what can be left out.
How we work
The program concludes with personal expert support: participants practice what they have learned on their own change management situations, not on case examples. Its backbone is the Change Agility Framework (CAFE).
Change management can be learned. Many organizations run their transformations from the inside, with their own leaders, HR professionals and change managers. These colleagues are committed and excellent in their own fields, but knowing a textbook or two or a few models does not give them the hands-on experience to decide what will work in this particular organization, what is worth investing resources in, and what can be left out.
The program responds to this gap. In addition to general knowledge transfer, it is strongly practice-focused: everyone works through the nature of change and the underlying human dynamics, the key change management models and the Change Agility Framework (CAFE) methodology in relation to their own ongoing change situation, with personal expert support.
Building on the Change Agility Framework (CAFE), we provide practical tools for handling resistance and involving stakeholders.
We adapt the length and structure of the program to the organization's situation and the participants' change projects.
