Time-out coaching is not a multi-session process but an opportunity: during the dedicated time slot of a coach who is regularly on site, any employee can sit down for a supportive conversation when they need to think a situation through.

How we work

The organization provides the opportunity as a regular framework, but the initiative always comes from the employee. The coach is present at the company in a pre-scheduled time slot, at intervals agreed with the organization, and during that slot employees can sign up for a conversation. The topic always belongs to the employee, and what is discussed stays confidential: the organization sees that people are using the opportunity, but not who talked about what.

In this way, time-out coaching also reaches people who do not need a full development process, only the chance to think through a current situation, decision or tension. We tailor the length and frequency of the time slot to the organization's needs, and the feedback shows whether it is worth expanding.
