Anna is inspired by the diversity of human stories and by honest encounters. The moments when someone begins to see themselves, or a situation they used to find difficult, in a different light also matter a great deal. In Anna’s view, development often starts not with dramatic revelations but with small shifts. That might be a new question, a sentence finally spoken, a new experience, or the chance to try out different ways of operating in an accepting environment. Anna also believes in the power of groups and in the way individual and shared learning can connect, with participants becoming mirrors and resources for one another. The aim is to be both holding and energizing at once: to offer safety for what is there right now, and to open up space for what might still emerge. Alongside developing others, personal development matters too. Learning is a pleasure, and professional knowledge keeps on growing. New hobbies get a try every now and then, too. Origami fever and the knitting-and-crochet bug have both struck, and these days kalimba playing keeps Anna and everyone nearby entertained.
