Mosonyi-Künszler Kata
Senior trainer · Senior Practitioner coach · team coach · group lead
About
Kata first came to GROW as a client, and that is where the belief took root that adults develop most effectively, and most enjoyably, through experiences. During 10 years at a multinational company, a leadership role brought firsthand experience of the challenges that come from being blind to one’s own traps. Today Kata mainly works with leaders, in the belief that their impact on the culture of the whole organization is even greater. In coaching, the subtleties of different corporate cultures are of greatest interest. Team coaching is held in high regard: whether it is a seasoned leadership team or a Gen Z start-up, the method brings the pressing issues to the table. Kata is currently studying in Denmark to become a Gestalt organizational development consultant and therapist.
“What I love about being a trainer is that every day it takes me into new territory, keeps me constantly questioning myself, energizes me and calms me down, spurs me on to lifelong learning, teaches me acceptance and gives my rebellious side room to play. I love it when we bring about change with a participant, and that this profession gives me plans for decades ahead that I will never tire of. I love that it fills both my working hours and my free time with meaning, dreams and perspective.”
