Agile Sales Program An effective response to change
This training is for salespeople and their team leaders who want to respond flexibly to constantly shifting client needs.
Kanban and Design Thinking
Licensed / external methodologyAgile tools built into sales work.
- They support continuous adaptation and self-reflection
- Concrete tools of the Agile Sales Program
Kanban is a visual workflow management method: tasks move as cards through the stages of work, and limiting the number of work items in progress at the same time makes bottlenecks and blocks visible. Design Thinking is a human-centered problem-solving process: it starts by understanding the customer's situation, reframes the problem, generates ideas, builds quick prototypes and tests them before rolling anything out on a large scale. We use the two tools together in our agile sales programs: Kanban makes the sales team's daily work more transparent, while Design Thinking provides a method for responding to changing customer needs with solutions that deliver more value to the customer.

What is the program about?
A one- or two-day group training, in person or online, using Kanban and Design Thinking tools; also available with Thod support.
Client needs and the market environment keep changing: the goal may be different after every meeting, and by the time the proposal is ready, the framework already needs to be redrawn. In these conditions, sales methods that used to work are worth less and less. Whoever finds a shared solution with their existing or prospective client sooner wins.
What you take away: an understanding of the agile mindset and its concepts, with insight into agile practice; agile sales tools you can apply right away; more flexible ways of working in a changing environment and, as a result, more satisfied client relationships.
Who is the program for?
For salespeople and their team leaders. It is especially timely when salespeople face constantly changing client needs and market conditions.
When is it worth starting?
- When methods that used to work no longer deliver results
- When the goal is to introduce an agile mindset and tools (Kanban, Design Thinking) in sales.
How we work
The training starts with a self-diagnosis: where the sales team stands today in terms of flexibility and where it wants to get to, with milestones. We apply the Kanban board and the Design Thinking steps to your own sales process, not to generic examples.
Agility has provided a workable response to constant change in many industries, and it translates well to sales: flexibility, readiness to act, fast response. The program brings an agile mindset and concrete tools into the sales team's daily work, along with the practice of building feedback into how the team operates.
We use Kanban and Design Thinking tools to make the work more transparent and more valuable for the client.
