About
Éva has been developing people, leaders and organizations for more than 20 years. Along the way, that career has spanned sales, leadership development, HR, and training and consulting. The guiding belief is that good development is like a well-run orchestra: the harmony doesn't come from everyone playing the same thing, but from everyone understanding their own role, listening to the others and consciously adapting to the shared rhythm. As a trainer, rather than ready-made recipes, Éva prefers to offer new perspectives and practical tools that genuinely fit the person and the situation. The inspiration comes from the moment in a training session when “the music suddenly comes together”: a new insight, a good question or a tool someone has just tried finds its place in the participant’s own way of working. When development becomes tangible: a new insight turns into more confident action, and a good question into real change.
