This integrated perspective is backed by several years of experience in multinational companies, which gives an insider’s understanding of the complexity of how organizations work, the realities of leadership and collaboration, and the environment in which individual and team-level change has to work day to day. Solya has a keen sense of individual and group dynamics, moves naturally between deep reflection and energetic, action-oriented work, and is curious about what lies beneath the surface and what is really worth working on. Alongside depth, lightness and humor matter too, in the belief that even serious matters don’t have to be handled only seriously.
