Supervision For development professionals
Professional support for in-house coaches and trainers.
What is the program about?
Supervision sessions based on the cases you bring, led by an experienced supervisor.
In-house coaches and trainers are often left alone with their professional dilemmas: there is no one to talk to about a difficult process or the boundaries of their own role.
Who is the program for?
For coaches and trainers working inside organizations who want to strengthen their own practice through regular professional reflection.
When is it worth starting?
- your in-house coaches and trainers have no professional forum for their own dilemmas
- a difficult process or client situation calls for an outside perspective.
How we work
Supervision is neither training nor evaluation: participants work on situations they bring themselves, whether a stalled coaching process, a difficult training group, role boundaries, or whatever is weighing on the practitioner personally. The supervisor opens up multiple perspectives and helps separate what belongs to the client, what belongs to the organization and what belongs to the practitioner's own way of working.
We agree on the frequency of sessions, the size of the group and the individual or group format with the organization. Change Management Supervision, designed for in-house organizational development professionals, is a version of the same format tailored to change processes.
It is also worth starting if:
- the organization wants to maintain the professional quality of its in-house development professionals through regular support.
