Stress Management
This training is for leaders and employees who want to recognize their own patterns of strain and prevent burnout in time.
What is the program about?
A one- or two-day group training, in person or online; also available with Thod support.
Stress doesn't go away just because we know what it is. It eases when you know your own pattern: what weighs on you, how your body and attention react to it, and what you can do about it before strain turns into burnout. The training makes this pattern visible, then adds techniques to work with it.
What you take away: the ability to recognize your own and your colleagues' stress patterns; knowledge of several stress management methods and how to choose the one that suits you; reduced physiological stress responses and less pressure on yourself and others.
Who is the program for?
For leaders and employees who want to recognize their own patterns of strain and prevent burnout in time. It is especially timely when employees want to recognize and understand their own stress patterns.

- When the goal is to prevent burnout and reduce the negative effects of stress

How we work
Each participant uses a test to create a detailed stress map of their own patterns and connects their work capacity with their experiences of stress. We then try out relaxation techniques and circle of influence theory, and everyone chooses the method that suits them.
After an overview of the theoretical background of stress, each participant uses a test to create a detailed stress map of their own patterns, and connects their personal effectiveness and work capacity with their experiences of stress.
Building on an individual assessment and relaxation techniques they have tried out, everyone can choose the method that fits their situation.
