Presentation Techniques
This two-day training is for leaders and team members who want to work on their message and their delivery at the same time.
What is the program about?
Two-day group training, in person or online; also available with Thod support.
Two things determine whether a presentation succeeds: what we say and how we say it. Most presentation training focuses on one of them; this training works on both, at the same time. And because presenting skills only develop through practice, we have structured the two days so that every piece of input is immediately followed by practice.
What you take away: awareness of your own presenting style; confidence and practice in giving presentations, with a more persuasive and more logical delivery; a deliberately used presenter's toolkit and the ability to manage tension.
Who is the program for?
For leaders and team members who want to work on their message and their delivery at the same time. It is especially timely when practical presenter development based on repetition is needed.
When is it worth starting?
- content and delivery need to be developed at the same time
- the goal is to manage tension and stressful presenting situations.
How we work
The two days are built on repetition: every block brings new input followed by immediate practice, so the new skill really takes hold. Particular emphasis is placed on managing tension, so that your preparation holds up in real situations too.
Participants get to know their own presenting style, begin to use their full presenter's toolkit deliberately, and learn to recognize and satisfy the audience's curiosity.
In every block, new input is immediately followed by practice, so that the new skill truly sticks.
