About
Senior trainer and executive coach, head of GROW’s international business unit. Dániel works with international leadership teams in English and Hungarian, focusing on leadership skills for the AI era. The starting point is that AI is not a strategic question but a series of everyday leadership decisions. Leadership presence is an equal passion: how someone can speak up with confidence, and what makes a personal brand credible.
“That communication is the solution to everything. In nearly 20 years, I have not yet come across a situation that could not have been resolved simply with words. This is my ars poetica, and I have gladly put it into practice throughout my work so far. As someone in love with public speaking, I try to convey and teach this simplicity, bringing the possibility of speaking in public closer to people who had never even dared to consider it.”
