Pit Stop Strategic realignment for competitive advantage
This short retreat is for senior leadership teams who want to step out of day-to-day operations for a while and focus on the breakthroughs that matter most. By the end of the joint work, you'll have a concrete action plan tailored to your market situation.
KATAMARÁN Framework
GROW's own methodologyGROW's own framework for holding a flexible strategic course in a turbulent market environment.
- Integrates proven, results-based methods such as OKR, 4DX and PowerScore
- Enables quick changes of direction without losing focus
- The senior leadership team applies it to its own organization
KATAMARÁN is GROW's own framework for holding a flexible strategic course in a turbulent market environment. Just as a catamaran's competitive edge comes from its twin-hull design, the framework integrates hard and soft aspects: it builds on results-based methods that have stood the test of the crises of recent decades, including the OKR (Objectives and Key Results) toolkit also used at Google, the 4DX principles for strategy execution, PowerScore, and proven agile and lean practices. The framework serves three things: focus, alignment and momentum. It enables quick changes of direction without losing focus, helps break the strategy down in a way that is relevant to lower levels, and provides strategic communication that does not trigger organizational resistance. Programs that use it are led by an OKR-certified organizational development consultant who researches the topic.

What is the program about?
1–2-day group training, in person or online; also available with Thod support.
The era of five-year plans is over. Today, the companies that grow are the ones that can change direction quickly without losing focus. For that, senior leadership has to step out of day-to-day operations from time to time, the way a race car pulls into the pits: briefly, but retuning everything.
What you take away: a concrete action plan all the way to the finish line, with clarified strategic priorities; ambitious but realistic goals and goal systems, with indicators that measure what matters; a more aligned leadership team and strategic communication that doesn't trigger resistance.
Who is the program for?
For owners, senior leadership and business unit leadership. It is especially timely when organizational units work in silos with conflicting goals, or when people at different levels of the hierarchy don't understand each other.
When is it worth starting?
- proactivity and innovation are lacking, and organizational efforts are scattered
- employees aim too low.
How we work

Pit Stop is that kind of pit stop: a short executive retreat where, with practical models and easy-to-apply tools, we focus on strategic breakthroughs. The outcome of the workshop is a concrete action plan all the way to the finish line, with clear strategic priorities and greater operational alignment.
