Presentation Mastery Voice, image, feeling
This three-day program is for leaders and team members who want to develop their full presenting skill set, beyond technique. The days build on each other, covering delivery, structuring the material and the impact on the audience.
What is the program about?
Three-day group training, in person or online; also available with Thod support.
A presentation is not decided by the slides but by the person giving it. Impact takes self-awareness, a little psychology, rhetorical techniques, solid technical skills and a lot of practice; that is why a presentation has to be built from the outside and from the inside. The three-day program is built on this, with a deliberate arc.
What you take away: deeper core presenting skills, covering delivery style and presentation technique; the psychological toolkit for creating impact and rhetorical elements you can build in deliberately; practiced message structuring and time-saving PowerPoint tricks that improve the look of your slides.
Who is the program for?
For leaders and team members who present regularly and want to develop their full presenting skill set, beyond technique. It is especially timely when comprehensive presenter development is needed, not just one or two technical elements.
When is it worth starting?
- using PowerPoint deliberately and in a time-saving way also matters
- you need to learn the psychological and rhetorical tools of creating impact.
How we work
Every day is built on practice, because confidence as a presenter can only come from practice. There is only as much theory as the practice requires.
The first day is about core presenting skills: presence, use of space, voice, eye contact. The second is about building presentations, and what makes PowerPoint a help rather than a burden. The third day is about making an impact: engaging and managing the audience, and the psychological and rhetorical tools of creating impact.
Program topics
- criteria of an effective presentation
- presence: use of space, posture, volume, eye contact
- maintaining connection and attention
- presentation structure and logical flow
- MS PowerPoint basics: visualization and design in the service of highlighting key points and increasing effectiveness

Delivery
We weight the topics to fit the client organization's situation. On request, we support the program with the Thod learning support system, which keeps participants applying what they have learned between training days.
It is also worth starting if:
- engaging and managing the audience needs practice
