Working Effectively with AI Support Generative AI in everyday work

This training is for leaders, experts and employees who want to build generative artificial intelligence deliberately into their daily tasks.

Length 3 × half day
Development format training
How it works Group · in person

What is the program about?

Three half-day, in-person training sessions on using generative artificial intelligence in everyday work; one of the sessions is a personalized workshop based on your own examples.

Artificial intelligence, especially tools like ChatGPT, is no longer the future: it is here, and it is transforming the world of work. It gives us the chance to think, communicate and create more effectively, but for it to become a truly valuable assistant, we need to learn to work with it well: to know when and how to turn to this virtual help.

What you take away: the ability to decide when, and for what, it is worth using artificial intelligence; clear, purposeful prompts; know-how on asking for help with repetitive or creative tasks; and greater awareness of data-handling and ethical issues.

Who is the program for?

For leaders, experts and employees who want to build generative artificial intelligence deliberately into their daily tasks, whether for writing, analysis, learning or preparing decisions. It is especially timely if your colleagues already use it in their personal lives but are not sure how it could help in their everyday work.

When is it worth starting?

  • your colleagues worry that they are “using artificial intelligence wrong”
  • they feel that prompting takes up more time than it saves
  • several people have already tried it but are not satisfied with the results.

How we work

One of the half days is not more course material but a personalized workshop: everyone practices on their own real tasks and gets help exactly where they are stuck in their work. The program does not just teach tools; it also shapes mindset: we treat artificial intelligence as a colleague we can confidently ask for help with as wide a range of things as possible, while receiving its answers with healthy critical judgment.

Tools change quickly; competence lies not in knowing the tools but in applying them deliberately. That is why we think in terms of a development process rather than a one-off training: experimentation, deliberate integration, sustainable use.
