Negosystem
This two-day training is for leaders and team members who want to build their skills through realistic negotiation simulations and candid feedback.
What is the program about?
Two-day group training, in person or online; also available with Thod support.
Plenty of people negotiate well. The difference between a good negotiator and a truly good one is that the latter does what they have learned even under pressure, when real stakes are on the table. That takes practice on real business situations, not theory, and feedback that doesn't sugarcoat anything.
What you take away: more confident and more effective negotiation communication; purposeful negotiation built on recognizing your counterpart's priorities; proactive handling of emotions in difficult situations, and the ability to express your views firmly.
Who is the program for?
For leaders and team members who want to build their skills through realistic negotiation simulations and candid feedback. It is especially timely when negotiation effectiveness needs to be developed measurably, through practice.
When is it worth starting?
- you need training built on real, tough feedback rather than theory
- the goal is to recognize your negotiating partners' priorities and motivations.
How we work
For two days we work through negotiation simulations based on real business situations; the exercises are video-recorded, and negotiation experts give candid feedback that holds up a mirror. This makes progress visible and measurable, not just something you feel.
The Negosystem training is built on practice and candid feedback. Progress can be tracked in every area, from recognizing your counterpart's priorities to handling emotions proactively.
We analyze the video recordings together.
Program topics
