Seeing them, at the end of a full training day, head into the next day energized and with action plans; knowing that, besides giving them an experience, the training gives them a knowledge base they will put into practice both in their private lives and at work. They become more successful in their self-awareness, in their personal relationships, in their meetings, in their negotiations, in working with their colleagues, with their clients, and I could go on… And at the end of the day, the participants’ success becomes my success too. This cycle is my never-ending source of motivation in my work.”
