Proudest projects
Kalixa Payment – Professional Communication Training in Vienna: delivered in English, in a multicultural and multilingual environment. Colleagues in India also joined via Skype, so close attention was needed to make sure they could follow the training content and the exercises as well. The training received a great deal of positive feedback, and although the day was intense, it laid solid roots in several important topics: assertive communication, customer handling, the basics of business correspondence and conflict management.
