About
Gergő joined the GROW team bringing 20 years of leadership experience in service centers and 15 years of training experience. Enthusiasm, optimism and good humor are the foundation of every training session. Through personal examples, theoretical leadership models become easy to understand and true to life, turning into real lessons for participants. Team collaboration development and team-building events are often on the agenda too. Outside work, Gergő plays drums in several bands, organizes and leads mountain-bike tours, or travels the country and the world with wife and four children.
