Projects I am proud of
Kalixa Payment – Professional Communication Training in Wien, where I kept the training in a multicultural and multilingual environment in English. Indian collegues also connected through Skype from India, so I had to be really aware to help them follow the practices of the training clearly. I recieved countless positive feedback to the training, and although the day was intensive, I could plant the seeds in essential topics: assertive communication, client management, business mailing skills, and conflict resolution.
