I am inspired by a professional challenge, the paintings of Frida Kahlo, a motivated or even a resistant training group, a deep, friendly conversation, an ancient greek vase in the archeology museum in Athens, the hug of beloved, the colours of the market in Barcelona, a stuck coaching process, the words of Rogers, books of Virginia Satir, a complex client need, the playfulness of my dog, a long awaited professional training, or the late night lights of the Margaret Island. So everything, where I am present, what I “inhale”, let in counsciously, so the energy is washed and transformed through me to cognitive energy, awareness, total presence, and empathy channeled towards my clients on my trainings and coachings.”
