GROW Group · Modular program system
Health in Business
Short, experience-based formats for a healthier workplace. Burnout prevention, nervous-system self-regulation and truly sustainable performance. Tailored to the corporate environment and ready to roll out right away.
The new pattern of strain at work
Burnout stays invisible for a long time. First focus, energy and engagement wear down, the very resources that lasting performance is built on.
Health in Business is GROW’s modular response to this risk: a short, experience-based program system that can be rolled out right away in a corporate setting and supports prevention, self-regulation and sustainable performance across a broad employee base.
-
Persistently high pressure
Layoffs, cost-aware operations, a growing workload spread across fewer people: the pressure is constant.
-
Burnout and disengagement
Burnout is not a one-off event but the result of ongoing overload of the nervous system.
-
Market and trend pressure
Longevity, sustainable performance, well-being: the market is looking for credible, commercially defensible solutions.
-
Turnover and sick leave
A direct cost on both the HR and the business side. Dealing with it after the fact costs more than prevention.
A system that works
Health in Business is always built on the organization’s current situation and needs, and it can be expanded step by step as the collaboration deepens.

Mindfulness “More spacious inside” The practical power of mindfulness
Much of our everyday functioning is shaped by automatic reactions, constant alertness and scattered attention. No wonder it is getting harder to truly focus, recharge or even simply experience the moment. In this talk, we present the principles of mindfulness, its scientific foundations and its most important practices in a light yet thought-provoking way. Participants can experience how conscious presence can help them manage stress, develop mental flexibility and create inner balance. The short, interactive program is also an excellent fit for corporate health days: it offers simple techniques that can be applied immediately, both at work and in everyday personal life.
Nervous system regulation Breathe out the stress Nervous system balance in everyday life
Modern life easily switches us into a state of constant alertness: too many stimuli, too many tasks, too little real recovery. No wonder we find it harder to focus, tire more quickly, and often find that even rest doesn’t truly recharge us. In this short, interactive talk, we explain in accessible terms how stress works from the nervous system’s perspective, and why breathing can be one of our most powerful tools for restoring inner balance. Participants can try simple, scientifically supported breathing and nervous-system reset exercises that can bring a noticeable change in focus, calm and mental recovery within just a few minutes.
Longevity Trapped by your habits? How a good decision becomes a real routine
A healthy lifestyle depends largely on our habits, yet we know all too well how hard it is to achieve real change. In this talk, we show in an accessible, science-based way how everyday routines form and which tools can support lasting behavior change. The 30-minute, inspiring and interactive talk is especially well suited to corporate health days, where participants gain both motivation and practical anchors they can use right away. Our goal is for the audience not only to understand the mechanics of change, but also to feel inspired to truly do something for their own health.
Burnout prevention Dedication: burnout in disguise Recognizing the early signs and tools for prevention
We all know that workplace stress can lead to burnout and poses a serious health risk. But did you know that it is the most dedicated employees who burn out? That we are already in the first stage of burnout when we work with unbreakable energy, cheerfully, passionate about our work and taking our calling seriously, and no one, not even we ourselves, would believe that burnout is a threat to us? In this burnout demo, we present the stages of burnout and draw attention to the warning signs that often don’t look like warning signs at all. Participants can take a look at their own state and at how much the risk of burnout affects them. We briefly show what we can do for ourselves at the different stages of burnout to prevent more serious trouble.
