It is not unusal that we give support to a yet non-existent or malfunctioning systems where fitting the system to others is an important success criteria.<\/p>\n<p>Our base in every situation is the business strategy, organizational goals, and the features of the organizational culture. With this pillars we support our clients in creating a system what empowers the acqusition of the set goals on the special areas, and integrate well into everyday practice.<\/p>\n<p>We have sight to how different systems in the organizations comprehend each other, and also how HR systems have impact on organizational culture, performance and cooperation. This is why our approach is holistic, we not only watch the individual functioning of the system but its integration and the attached employee experience.<\/p>\n<h2><span class=\"alcim-hatter\"><strong>HR SYSTEMS ARE ONLY VALUABLA WHEN USED<\/strong><\/span><\/h2>\n<p>At GROW we are prepared that sometimes we need to teach every employee in the organization the system&#8217;s philosophy, making it an understandable and usable one. Besides our trainings we give booklets, expansions and communicational guidelines to its usage.
