As a leader, it is a challenging situation supporting a team’s work and collaboration when team members rarely (or almost never) meet personally, the cooperation scene is just a shared virtual
space.
The purpose of the training is to enable leaders to create effective cooperation frameworks in virtual space (often with team members with different cultural backgrounds), support the development of a successful workplace atmosphere and relationships.
The topics of the program:
- Confidence building in virtual space
- Recognizing different communication styles
- Replenishing personal presence with communication tools – effective virtual communication (understanding, questioning)
- Avoiding misunderstandings
- Effective meeting structure
- Personality types, “Instructions for handling” different team members
As a result of the program, participants:
- get a picture of teamwork’s needs and preferences of team members with different needs
- have tools to develop effective communication standards for virtual cooperation
- work more consciously in their leadership role and more easily overcome the difficulties in virtual
collaboration
