We believe that techniques need to practise with real business problems. We provide “coaches” who see what you need to achieve spectacular and measurable increase for the negotiation’s effectiveness.
We believe in negotiating experts reflected to cold reality and the safe training environment, rather then

The topics of the program:
- We build the 2-day learning curve by focusing on learning through negotiation simulations. We put emphasis on the continuous exercise of the participants to really add, test and process the newly acquired knowledge.
- We are making video recording of the negotiation exercises, which we analyze in group and gradually build upon the theoretical knowledge into practice.
As a result of the program, participants:
- communicate more confidently and effectively in a negotiating situation
- are more likely to recognize the negotiating partner’s point of view and motivation, build to the values of partner
- proactively handle their feelings, in change- and conflict situations
- can effectively express their thoughts and opinions in difficult situations
