The purpose of the training is to prepare participants for professional discussions with their partners and clients.
Successful management of negotiation situations is approached by development program from communication competences – through argumentation-based technical knowledge and process-oriented situation management.
In the training, participants learn about themselves, about their skills and strengths in negotiation situations.
The topics of the program:
