Assertive communication is essential tool for a healthy workplace environment and efficient work. This influencing style greatly takes into account the objectives and ideas of communication partners,
providing opportunity to listen to partner’s objections and discover empathy.
By means of this, communication is effective and credible, win-win relationships are established between both parties. It offers open and honest communication, more needs are satisfied and our social skills are strengthened.
